“Dare to be a Thermostat, not a Thermometer.”
- Doron JéPaul
Doron has starred in award-winning films, Broadway all while continuing to write, produce, and consult for projects across the country. As a storyteller, his mission is clear: to expand the Kingdom of God through art that reclaims joy and curiosity infusing each story with both beauty and purpose.
Behind the camera, Doron serves as a producer and director of development for film and television, working with clients from New York and Los Angeles to the American Southwest. His production company, Thermostat Media, develops scripted and unscripted content that is as thought-provoking as it is visually compelling.
RECENT
Doron was last seen on Broadway in OUR TOWN. Starring four-time Emmy Award® winner Jim Parsons, Katie Holmes, Richard Thomas, Zoey Deutsch and Ephraim Sykes, OUR TOWN returns to Broadway for the first time in over 20 years. Thornton Wilder‘s Pulitzer Prize-winning classic will shine in a momentous new production. Directed by Tony Award® winner Kenny Leon.
Actor
Thermostat Media develops narrative, documentary, and branded content for screen and stage, with a particular focus on stories that are artistically credible, spiritually alive, and market-ready. The company has partnered with institutions including Cinereach, Level Forward, and New York Stage and Film, and is currently developing a slate of independent features in active packaging and fundraising.
Doron doesn't separate the disciplines. The actor sharpens the page. The producer protects the vision. The writer tells the truth. That integration is the work.
